ALL Legend Hospitality School students are guaranteed placement in one of Legend Hospitality Group properties for compulsory 6-month practical work experience training.

 

During These 6 Months the students are Rotated throughout all the operations within the property:

 

  • - 6 Weeks in the Kitchen (Guided by qualified & Experienced Chefs)
  • - 6 Weeks in the Food & Beverage Department (This includes Banqueting Operations & Full Restaurant Operations)
  • - 6 Weeks in the Reception Department (Guided by Experienced Front office Staff)
  • - 6 Weeks in the Housekeeping Department (Guided by experienced Room Attendants & Housekeeping Supervisors)
