  • Week 5 – 7745 Provide a carvery and buffet service
  • Week 6 – 7744 Provide a table drink service
  • Week 7 – 7739 Prepare, Clear and Service Function Rooms
  • Week 8 – 7780 Supervise the running of a function

8 Weeks Part Time with 1 additional day for the Exam
